Dale E. Graff, retired aerospace engineer / physicist, is a past director of the STAR GATE program. He currently leads seminars and workshops and does independent research on PSI phenomena, including ESP, remote viewing and precognitive dreams. Dale E. Graff has a scientific background in the aerospace industry, worked in technical intelligence for the Department of Defense. His tasks included the preparation of assessments and prognoses for the development of technology and weapons systems in the former USSR. He was a member of several intelligence community working groups on advanced physics, electro-optics, stealth, and other technologies. As head of a high technology group in the Foreign Technology Division (FTD), Wright Patterson Air Force (WPAFB), Dayton, OH, he became a contract manager for remote viewing research at Stanford Research Institute (SRI) in 1976. In 1980 he moved to the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and became director of the Advanced Concepts Office. Graff coined the term “Stargate”, which stands for innovative efforts to expand human potential. He was involved with the STAR GATE program for 17 years, including 3 years as its director in Ft. Meade. He has published several books since leaving government and has appeared in several A&E and Discovery Channel documentaries; he has been interviewed on Good Morning America, CNN and numerous radio talk shows.
