The structured compilation of data on this site — including the network graph of 491 nodes and 1,466 edges, the entity dossiers, the timeline of 782 events, the research archive of 2,238 documents, and the cross-referencing between these datasets — is protected by the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 (UK sui generis database right), as retained in UK law.

Unauthorised bulk extraction, mirror hosting, or non-permissive commercial AI model ingestion of the compiled dataset is prohibited without a written licence from the Secret Military Technology Research Institute. Individual source documents (declassified PDFs, government reports) remain under their original licensing.
