What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, understand how you use it, and provide a better experience. Some cookies are necessary for the site to function; others are optional.

Our Cookie Approach

We use a consent-first approach:

  • Before consent: No analytics or marketing cookies are set. We count pageviews server-side using a pseudonymous hash (no cookies needed).
  • After consent: If you click "Accept All", Google Analytics cookies are set to enable detailed traffic analysis.
  • After decline: No cookies are set. You are still counted anonymously.

You can change your preference at any time by clicking the cookie icon in the bottom-right corner.

Managing Cookies

On Our Site

Click the cookie settings icon (bottom-right corner) to:

  • Accept all cookies
  • Accept only necessary cookies
  • Customize which categories to allow
  • Withdraw consent at any time

In Your Browser

You can also control cookies directly in your browser settings:

Opting Out of Google Analytics

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google's browser opt-out add-on.

Server-Side Anonymous Tracking

Even without cookies, we count every pageview server-side. This uses:

  • A SHA-256 hash of your IP address (truncated to 32 characters — cannot be reversed)
  • A hash of your browser user-agent
  • The page path and timestamp

This data is not linked to any cookie and cannot identify you personally. It exists solely to provide accurate total visitor counts regardless of cookie consent.
