Russian Explosive-Type Plasma Generator Track

Registered as C20 in the CPW conceptual-weapons register (v0.7; proposed at CPW-05). This track covers Russian explosive-type plasma generators (ETG): the aluminum-jet 'North Star' lineage (1999) scaling up to ~6 MJ pulse energy, developed across IDG RAS (geophysical dynamics), Kurchatov Institute, Keldysh Institute, and VNIIA (Dukhov) by Losseva, Urvachev, Lyakhov et al. The track is the GENERATOR-side complement to the Stupitskiy space plasma gun concept (C04), which supplies the propagation and target-effects side (neutral-hydrogen channel, satellite optical-glass opacity loss, MHz-band disruption); ETGs supply the pulse-power source without the capacitor-bank mass penalty. A satellite-deliverable claim surfaces via a Russian military journal account (Hendrickx-mediated reporting, T2–T3 provenance). ADJUDICATION: explosive flux compression is real, demonstrated pulsed-power physics (the generator side is the credible half), but no open source couples a demonstrated ETG to a weaponized plasmoid projection chain; the Russian census found nine plasmoid/ball-lightning-titled rights, ALL LAPSED, none weapon-claiming. In the CPW-07 analogy matrix the row scores NO against both targets — explosive-generated plasma is a single-shot, µs–ms cloud, not a persistent orb.
