Overview

ASSESSMENT: A network of 30+ scientists is now seriously studying UAP. Kevin H. Knuth (Professor of Physics, University at Albany SUNY, former NASA Ames Research Scientist GS-14) published 'The New Science of Unidentified Aerospace-Undersea Phenomena (UAP)' in Progress in Aerospace Sciences (2025, Elsevier). 30+ co-authors including: Garry P. Nolan (Stanford immunologist), Ryan Graves (Navy pilot, UAP witness), Jacques Vallee (legendary UAP researcher), Beatriz Villarroel (astronomer), Matthew Szydagis (physicist, UAPx). Knuth's APEC 2023 talk 'Advanced Non-Human Craft' explicitly acknowledges the 'Advanced Human Tech: Wakanda Hypothesis' — that UAPs are advanced US technology. 'Multiple Hypotheses are likely to be found to be correct.' 'UAPs are a Class of Phenomena, not a single thing.' UAPx field expedition (July 2021, Catalina Island): visible/IR cameras, radiation sensors, 600+ hours far-IR video, 55 hours radiation measurements. Detected 'a dark spot in the visible/near-IR camera possibly coincident with ionizing radiation that has so far resisted prosaic explanation.' CRITICAL: The ionizing radiation detection is consistent with a plasma structure. The 'Wakanda Hypothesis' (advanced US tech) is explicitly on the table in mainstream scientific UAP research.
