Abstract

This report presents the findings of an open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigation into Brazil's plasma physics, fusion research, and directed energy weapons ecosystem. The investigation maps a network of 7 entities and 6 relationships, revealing Brazil's position in the global compact fusion and plasma weapons landscape. Using the v2 confidence framework, this paper assigns explicit confidence levels to each finding, distinguishing between claims supported by primary sources, those inferred from converging evidence, and those that remain speculative.

The investigation examines Brazil's fusion research infrastructure, defense and directed energy programs, and international cooperation frameworks.
