About This Report (Version 4)
This is Version 4 of the main US research paper. The investigation analyzed primary source documents obtained through public archives, FOIA releases (including the DIA's AAWSAP DIRD releases and the PURSUE UAP document releases), patent filings, peer-reviewed publications, declassified technical reports, leaked materials of contested authenticity, and official statements from DOE, NNSA, LANL, LLNL, AFRL, NRL, NASA, DARPA, ARPA-E, IAEA, the Kremlin, the UK MOD, the Australian Department of Defence, and multiple international defense and intelligence sources.
Version 4 expands the investigation, fundamentally reframing it from a primarily US-centered compact toroid dual-use analysis to a unified global technology race assessment.
