01 Definition

A collection of 38 technical studies commissioned by the DIA under AAWSAP to assess speculative and edge physical sciences projected toward 2050.

02 Detailed_Analysis

Managed by Dr. Harold Puthoff via EarthTech International under the Defense Intelligence Agency's Advanced Aerospace Weapon System Applications Program (AAWSAP, 2009–2012), the 38 DIRDs evaluated theoretical aerospace concepts. Authored by global scientific experts, the unclassified whitepapers surveyed advanced space propulsion, Inertial Electrostatic Confinement (IEC) fusion, metallic glasses, metamaterials, spacetime metrics, and high-frequency gravitational wave generation.

Overview

ASSESSMENT: Hal Puthoff commissioned 38 Defense Intelligence Reference Documents (DIRDs) under AAWSAP/AATIP (2009-2012, $22M DIA). Puthoff (SSE/IRVA 2018 speech): 'I was contracted to commission mostly unclassified whitepapers from experts around the globe about where their particular subject areas would be in 2050... I let out 38 contracts over a two-year period.' TOPICS INCLUDE: 'positron aerospace propulsion, IEC FUSION AS A COMPACT ENERGY SOURCE, warp drive, dark energy, extra dimensions, metallic glasses for aerospace use.' Puthoff's own DIRD: 'Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering.' AARO Historical Report: AAWSAP investigated '12 specific areas — advanced lift, propulsion, unconventional materials and controls, signature reduction.' CRITICAL: 'IEC fusion as a compact energy source' is DIRECTLY related to the CFR (compact fusion). Both AAWSAP (2009-2012) and CFR (2010-2020) were investigating compact fusion for aerospace. AAWSAP = DIA's open study; CFR = Lockheed's classified development. Two sides of the same coin. The 38 DIRDs cover the EXACT technology family: compact fusion, advanced propulsion, metamaterials, signature reduction. Puthoff co-founded TTSA (October 2017) with Steve Justice (former SKUNK WORKS director), Luis Elizondo, Christopher Mellon, Jim Semivan.

Entity Type: Assessment — Puthoff AAWSAP DIRDs (38 DIA Studies Including IEC Fusion) is an analytical assessment synthesizing multiple data points.
