Puthoff's own DIRD: 'Advanced Space Propulsion Based on Vacuum (Spacetime Metric) Engineering.' AARO Historical Report: AAWSAP investigated '12 specific areas — advanced lift, propulsion, unconventional materials and controls, signature reduction.' CRITICAL: 'IEC fusion as a compact energy source' is DIRECTLY related to the CFR (compact fusion). Both AAWSAP (2009-2012) and CFR (2010-2020) were investigating compact fusion for aerospace.
