All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO)

Overview

AARO is the current DoD office (established 2022) responsible for investigating unidentified anomalous phenomena across all domains (air, sea, space). It succeeded AATIP as the formal US government UAP investigation body. AARO's mandate includes distinguishing genuine anomalous propulsion signatures from prosaic phenomena, directly relevant to the institute's technological-determination thesis.
