All 38 authors de-anonymized (R199): the BAASS 38-item "List of Attachments" cross-walked against all 37 released scans (front-matter OCR of every cover) de-anonymizes every (b)(6) author box. 26 named individuals; weaponization-relevant subset: Wells (pulsed-power/HPM), Albertine (Navy HEL), Winterberg/Miley (nuclear), Macheret/Shvets (plasma), Kit Green (CIA remote-viewing PM), Czysz (Wright-Patt). Title-sanitization map: weapon framing stripped between inventory and release ("Pulse-Power-Based Weaponry" → "…Microwave Source Technology"); the two CapNet-withheld items (inv #12/#15) are the only covers with no DIA number printed.
